Marketing Lead Responsibilities
Own the daily shot list
Confirm every required shot for the day is captured before regroup. Tick them off live.
Coordinate with team leaders
Sync on timing so capture never delays the itinerary. Marketing serves the experience, not the other way around.
Upload & back up nightly
All raw photos and clips uploaded to the shared folder before sleeping. No exceptions.
Protect brand consistency
Follow the brand guidelines for framing, color, and tone. Reject content that doesn't fit.
Run approvals before posting
Nothing goes public without sign-off from the marketing approver.
Tag & organize files
Use the date / activity folder structure so editors can find anything in seconds.
