01 · Challenge Overview

What is Seoul On Screen?

This content reel challenge is a separate activity from the required group reel assignments. Each group may create and submit their own reel entry from the Korea company trip. The reels should highlight team culture, the travel incentive experience, and moments that showcase the brand in a positive and authentic way.

Multiple entries are allowed. Entries may be created individually or as a group.

All entries must be uploaded to the designated Drive folder: “Seoul On Screen | Official Entries.”

Contest reel entries are separate from the three required assigned reels per group.

All team members are encouraged to participate in filming, content creation, and collaboration.

Each reel must…

Be aligned with and focused on the participant’s brand category: DSM Talent, DSM Web, Dave Techlee, or 7TI.

Highlight the Korea trip experience and its impact on participants, teams, and the organization.

Showcase team culture, collaboration, participation, and company values.

Include authentic stories, testimonials, reflections, learnings, or memorable moments from the trip.

Demonstrate how the travel incentive motivates, rewards, and inspires employees.

Reflect the company and brand in a positive, professional, and authentic manner.

Include footage and moments captured during the actual Korea trip.

Be creative, engaging, and suitable for social media audiences.

Use clear video quality, good lighting, and stable shots whenever possible.
